The perfect budget phone? - Samsung Galaxy s6 review

In today’s day and age there are so many smartphone options available. All have different features, design and vary in price. It’s hard finding that ‘’perfect all-rounder’’ that isn't too expensive. Luckily, there is a solution. The galaxy s6 provides an eye catching design, simple user interface and an outstanding camera for just under $550! But is it really as good as it seems? Let’s talk about both positives and negatives of this Samsung flagship!

What you’ll love:
-The galaxy s6 boasts a slick and aesthetic design while maintaining a solid build that is guaranteed to last.
-A headphone jack (hello, Apple)
-Outstanding DSLR like photos from the brilliant rear-facing camera. A must in today’s Snapchat and Instagram dominated virtual world
-Superbly looking bright and vivid AMOLED screen with natural looking colours
-Fast charging (charges your phone from 0-50% in under 30 min and gets it up to 100% in just over an hour)

Now for the negatives:
- BATTERY! The biggest drawback by far. After using this phone for slightly over a year this phone barely lasts me a day. Prepare to be carrying around a battery pack all the time!
-Non-water resistant

Final verdict:
-Despite the poor battery life, the phone's multitude of incredible features, design, amazing camera and it's price make it a great purchase for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive phone. I would highly recommend it! Just don't forget to bring a battery pack :)
